The Study Of HSE Management System In Architecture Enterprise

The most important resources are humanselves and the natural environment which the human beings depend on for existing, ensure the workers'healthy,prevent accidents and protect environment are signify for each industry. Architecture as our mainstay industry in our country, the problems of its healthy,safety,and environment are regarded highly by our country and society right away especially. But along with our architecture projects become more and more, the handicraft is more and more complicated, especially from the analysis report of building construction safety at work in last 3 years, the safety management in architecture industry is waiting for improving urgently. At present, the advanced method of way is that applying HSE (health, security, and environment) which is developed in oil industry to improve the management of healthy security environment of enterprise, reduce the risk in enterprise, and now they have got conceited achievement. HSE is one kind of manage tool in the enterprise safety, which abandon the usually ways of dealing with the accident after event, maintenaince the stabilization around the corporation and community, reduce the expentation in managing the accidents and fathering the environment.There are some large-scale architecture enterprises has already adopt HSE in actual project in construction, and also has carried out amendment in some extent according to its condition, but as the firms lack experience in applying HSE, at the same time, the research on the theory in this aspect has lagged to the project practice, in that some architectures failed to achieve its expected goal, even that it has led to the uncriterion of management in architecture industry.So building suitable HSE management system for architecture industry and establishing relevant measures become the urgent problem which is badly in need of resolving.This dissertation researched and analysized deeply sever problems in how to apply the HSE management system which is perfect in oil industry in the management of architecture, demonstrating the feasibility of establishing HSE management system in architecture through theory research; building the model of HSE management system through the research on the model of HSE management system in the international; then evaluate the HSE system synthesizely;at last propose some countermeasures of putting the HSE into practice through analysis of a case. The main intent of this article is building uniform model of management in architecture industry, making the ways of safe management become criterion, and propose some methods and suggestions for the actualize of the HSE, and reach to our final aim to reduce the management risk, improve the management efficient,improve the international competition in the world.The main contents of this article are focus on the following parts:Firstly, about HSE management system related theory research. Second, the HSE's processing research in project management.Third, the identifies of danger origins and emergency in HSE management system.Fourth, the assessment analysis to the HSE management system's implementations.Fifth, research the effective policies for promoting the HSE's application in architecture.In the end of the article, we summarize the research achievements; explain the questions which existed during research,and has carried on the focus about HSE management system on the concrete and related domain development in architecture, which has pointed out the direction for the development further research.
