Identification Of Building Enterprise Risk And Comprehensive Safety Assessment Applied Research

The safety of building Enterprises is one of the important problems in our national economic function,and is relating to the development of building industry and economic performance of building firms.Though the safety management has been paid more and more attention and some related countermeasures have been taken,building safety accidents happen frequently and the building accident rate is just below coal mine industry.The thesis comprehensively analyzed the reasons of building safety accidents and deeply studied how to manage and control building safety effectively by literatures review and gained some achievements as follows.At first,the thesis has analyzed the significance and connotation of building safety management,Study the existent major risk in every process,as excavating process,the reinforcing bar to hang process,put up shed heavy process,dismantle process,put up to build process,and dismantle temporary support to different building project construction process.From the different angles as pecuniary loss and not pecuniary loss,regular loss and inregular lost,directly lose and indirectly lose,internal loss and outside lost,and the society burden of accident loss,discusses the loss of the building accident of safety in production.For proposed the adequate building safety management mode which is fit with our national situation is to correctly use the principle and method of safety management,analyze and evaluate the hazard sources and unsafe factors,establish the objective management centered forewarning and controlling system,eliminate hidden dangers in advance and take precautions.The thesis pointed out that the most effective way to realize the building safety management objectives is using law,economics,cultural and technical methods.As fllows,on the base of analysis building enterprise safety assessment characters,study the principle of assessment building enterprise safety index system,and build the assessment index system.Based on vague comprehensive appraisement theory,build the building enterprise safety appraisement model. Combining example to analyse the overall safety and seek accident hidden trouble and management defect.This method to be able to not only know and grasp building enterprise,but also can offer prevention and perfect improvement measure.At last,discussing the building enterprise safety management system will goes on.On the base of analysing safe management system and operation pattern system,discuss the establishment of pattern principle of modern enterprise safe management,and study building enterprise safely management pattern and analyse its organization and system.The research achievements have important theoretic and practical value for improving current situation of building safety management level and improving safety management level.
