The Children Product Design Studies Of Healthy Industrial Design

This article through the research of pencil grip to the child, proposes the significance of introducing the idea of "the healthy industrial design". Through the research of healthy industrial design and relevance disciplines, to make the idea of healthy industrial design more limpid. On the premise of healthy industrial design idea, according to children's physiology and psychological characteristics, using some methods such as analysis, contrast,to collect and refine data, analyse and make use of excellent design for reference, thereby make researche on pencil grip to preschool children, hope provides theory and the data support to this kind of product design in the future. At the same time, bring forward my design conception and to prospect for the development of the product.The content of this studying includes four parts mainly:Part I has set forth the thought content and core studying of "healthy industrial design "idea, and emphasize importance of healthy industrial design to children .The Part II emphasizes the infantile psychology, physiology and the behavioural characteristic analysis study from hand ,and stress analyses seeing, action and language of children hand., and the relevance behavior initiated by children hand, summarize some design philosophy of studying significance.for the children product design.The Part III studying the condition of several key fingers in pen holding by analysing correct holding posture , get the pressure effect area of finger's key center of resistance in correct holding posture, provide a basis for children pencil grip design.The Part IV base on the combine of prophase research result, have brought forward some project on the premise of health from the angel that design practice set out .The range of healthy industrial design is very broad, not only can be apply to product design,but also can be apply to other design field.However, person knowing healthy industrial design in Chinese is not many at present,hope through the discussion of this article, make more people know this designing idea, make more designers apply this design procedures to practice, creat a more beneficial to body and mind health work environment and habitation for people...
