As an indispensable part of children’s learning life,stationery is of great significance.As the process of child growth is a long stage,the design of stationery which children need in different stages should be reasonable and scientific,in order to make the use of stationery own a scientific guiding role and suit children’s physical and mental in different stages.In this development process,the particularity of physiological and psychological characteristics of children of different ages determines that the design of children’s stationery should have pertinence and necessity.At present,the stationery industry in our country is developing rapidly and there are lots of problems in the use of stationery for preschool children.For instance,many problems concerning security and enjoyment appear when children using stationeries in their study and life,which seriously affected the healthy development of children’s study and life,especially for the preschool children.What’s worse,preschool children may have various problems in the process of using stationery,so it is necessary to solve these problems.This paper,which aimed at the physiological and psychological characteristics of preschool children,studied the design of stationery and summed up the physiological reactions and mental activities when children choosing and using stationery.Through market research to observe the status of the use of stationery of preschool children and whether preschool children’s stationery itself is beneficial to the safe use of children,and whether the color,shape and function of stationery meet the needs of children’s physiology and psychology.Through investigation and analysis,this paper concluded the stationery design principles of preschool children,which include the security principle,practical principle and the enjoyment principle.Based on the principles,this paper classify preschool children’s stationery design in a targeted,reasonable,scientific,comprehensive and interactive way and advocate that the core concept of preschool children’s stationery interaction design is " solemnity contained in humor ".The final preschool children stationery through humorous interaction design elements to promote children to have a relaxed and pleasant learning process,perception of life better to understand the world.
