Establishment Of Comprehensive Evaluation System For Pumping Units And System Implementation

Pumping units play an important role in the production of oil field, the purchase; maintenance; management and operation of these directly impact on the crude oil output and the enterprise's profit. How to select the type and the manufacture factory when purchasing pumping units, and how to evaluate when the pumping unit operates, are all emphases and difficulty. The scientific comprehensive evaluation about pumping units can reflect the instance of their operation; maintenance; management, etc, and can afford the scientific and exact decision-making gist to decision-makers. It is very important to reinforce management of equipments; optimize the investment for equipments and reduce the operating cost.According to the cooperation project with Liaohe Oilfield, the thesis is put forward on the comprehensive evaluation for pumping units. Through researching the theoretics about comprehensive evaluations, and combining with the actual situation of Liaohe Oilfield, the comprehensive evaluation system and the process are formulated, five species and 25 indexes are brought forward which are applicable to comprehensive evaluations for pumping units, and various parameters are standardized by using many methods, every weight, which has an index corresponding to, is confirmd, and evaluation methods are made certain too. A theoretics which is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation for pumping units is established in this paper.On the basis of the investigation for the project, the system is analyzed on the whole, the general scheme of the comprehensive evaluation system for pumping units is given based on the B/S mode, in which MVC design pattern and database connection pool are adopted. The function and structure of each module are analyzed in detail, the user login; adding pumping units; editing standards and weights of the evaluation; comprehensive evaluation for pumping units and the user management model are realized in the thesis by using JSP; Oracle and JSTL tag library.It can be provides scientific and effectual decision reference for the purchasing; the daily management; servicing and investment plan of the pumping unit, and can achieve the goals of controlling equipment operating costs and improving the economic utility of investment, etc, if the system is applied in the evaluation of equipments Oilfield, and it can realize the informationization; scientization and modernization in the management of pumping units.
