The pumping unit is an important tool at oilfield and major benefit-producing equipmentfor enterprises of oil field as well. It also insures the energy producing of the whole country.The selection of pump units in purchasing, the assessment of pump units at working processand the refusing and updating of the equipment are crucial issues in equipment managementof oilfield. The scientific evaluation of the comprehensive situation of pump units can notonly satisfy production, increase benefit, decrease energy cost, and increase production butalso save cost, and reduces expenditure. Currently, there are many pump units plants, and alot of varieties of pump units, whose capacities vary greatly in domestic markets. The analysisof capacity, economy, and safety is not enough in purchasing. Lack of scientific evaluationmakes the companies unable to afford using the equipment, since the expenditure of thewhole longevity period is high, and it finally results in a waste of energy and money. Thecorrect evaluation of working pump units, and disusing high cost equipment properly is ofgreat significance for producing safely, increasing benefit and improving a company'scompetitive capacity.In order to instruct oil companies and capital equipment management departments tomanage pump units, and shorten the management level distance between developed countriesand our county, this project develops B/S comprehensive evaluation system of pump unitsaims at the lack of scientific equipment management and decision making in oilfield. Thisstudy consulted the advanced research findings home and abroad, and associated it with thesituation of Liaohe oilfield.This project establishes an assessment system which aims at the different periods of pumpunits, based on a great deal of study and analysis on the construction, working process,maintenance, and cost, and establish a weight system by choosing analytic hierarchy processand based on the experience of experts. The linear ratio change method is applied tostandardization of different parameters. A comprehensive evaluation system and workingprocess is established and an evaluation model database is provided. This project employedNetBean as developing instrument, and adopt ORACLE as a comprehensive database withJsp, Servlet,JSTL as developing language. As a result this project realized the followingfunctional models of pump units: information browse, comprehensive evaluation, index system management, model database management, and user management, and finallyaccomplish a B/S pump unit comprehensive evaluation decision support systemThe system has been applied to the management system of Liaohe oilfield. It evaluatespump units scientifically through choosing correct assessment system and adopting suitablecomprehensive assessment mode. The system provides scientific and economic basis for thedaily management, updating and investment of pump units, and provides high quality decisionservice for cost and equipment management departments, thereby, improves economicperformance.
