The intense large-scale exploitation of mineral resources has long been not only damage to resources and destroying the environment,but also threatening the safety of people's properties and lives.How to realize reasonable exploitation and restoration has been drawn extensive attention.In order to make timely and dynamical planning and management towards mineral resources,with the remote sensing technology,China has been monitoring the status quo of the mineral resources' exploitation and making evaluation towards their environment whereby the related administrations can strengthen the governance of severely impacted areas.Therefore,it is an important subject to evaluate mineral areas' exploitation situations and their damage extent and to make a scientific evaluation.Lots of scholars at home and aboard have done fruitful research,however,there exist limitations in former research,including lack of evidence of factor selecting,disunity of quantitative rules,the unscientific of the selection of evaluation scale,and lack of quick processing of factor quantization.Therefore,in order to research the mineral geological environmental evaluation in a systematic way,the thesis takes Zhejiang Province as the research area,and combines the relating codes and literature,trying to make a general design of mine geological environmental evaluation,establishing a multi-lateral evaluation index system combining both static and dynamic factors.By designing and developing a quick quantization and comprehensive evaluating system via software packages relating to AE(Arc GIS Engine)modules,the thesis gets a mine geological environment level chart.Here below are the results:(1)Established an index system combining both static and dynamic factors;clarified the selection basis of the factors;and sorted the quick quantitation process of data and the input & output of data in a normative way.(2)Systematically studied the evaluation scale;made a preliminary judgment on the basis of consistency and heterogeneity of the evaluation grids;and determined the evaluation unit's size of the research area after researched the targeted area's interpreting vector attribution features.(3)Researched the component-based development of AE(Arc GIS Engine)and realized a fast factor quantitative processing and comprehensive evaluation system by calling Geoprocesser interface in C#,therefore extracted static factors' evaluating grid from the geographic database.After imported the targeted area's dynamic factors and made quick quantization,the thesis finally made a quick evaluation by using the evaluating model.(4)Made a comprehensive evaluation of the research area's mine geological environment based on the evaluation index system and the evaluation method the thesis established,and analyzed the result as well as tabled some suggestions.
