Under The Background Of Global Change The Natural Disasters Development Trend Of Liaoning Province

Currently, human beings are confronted with many series global environmental problems,especially in the form of greenhouse effect and sustained global warming , increase of sea level, sharp growth of population and land desertification, sharp reduction of forest areas, rapid depopulation of biological species, shortage of water resources, destruction of ozone sphere, environmental degeneration, frequent occurrence of natural disasters, etc. After the scientists in the world make great efforts in global environmental science for more than 20 years, it is understood that the impacts of regional human activities are global, so global environmental change is an impersonality fact of the earth system evolution , and has become as a major focus in earth scientific research at present. Global change science′s target is to description and comprehend mankind to rely for existence of the Earth environment the operation mechanism of the system, variety regulation and mankind activity to the Earth environment of influence, raise to change the environment of the future thus and the mankind for it be social to develop the estimate of influence and evaluate ability and provide science for the macroscopic decision of global environment problem basis. In the past 20 years, scientists numerous nation throw a body to global change science, obtain a series of importance progress and global variety of the development trend carried on an estimate. As a result: under the influence of mankind's activity, in the near 50-100 years global weather will continue to become warmer. This will produce a serious of effect to the global natural eco-system and social economy development of the world. Under the background of the global change, our country will also face numerous weathers and environment problem.In Liaoning province, natural disaster with higher frequencies and has become one of the most important factors which has an effect on economic development. This paper firstly investigates hazard-formative environments and the main type ,main feature of nature disaster in Liaoning province and its impact on the society economy development. According to the research, There are meteorological disaster, geological disaster, geomorphologic disaster and biological disaster in Liaoning province. The meteorological disaster consist of drought and flood disaster, storm disaster, cold wave, hail disaster, frost disaster, typhoon and storm surge disaster etc; the geological disaster consist of earthquake disaster, landslide, debris flow and collapse so on; the geomorphologic disaster consist of desertification, soil erosion etc; the biological disaster consist of plant diseases and insect pests, mice disaster etc. Based on it, this paper analyses the development trend of drought and flood disaster, desertification, storm surge disaster and earthquake disaster under the background of global change in Liaoning province. Through the analyses we know that the natural disaster will aggravate in the future in Liaoning province , will bring about serious influence on the social economy development. In the end of this paper, I put some suggestions about the countermeasures for disaster reduction of Liaoning province.
