In recent years,the globalization of economy is expansion,and the population growing so fast.It aggravated the burden of the environment.All these caused the greenhouse effect in serious increasingly.Nowadays,the greenhouse gas emissions attracted extensive concern in our world,a growing number of experts and scholars devoted to this area,and made it become the central issue in the academic circle.Therefor,study of different land use types' carbon emissions from Liaoning province's different perspectives can provide theoretical references for reducing carbon emissions with regulation the land types.At the same time,it had a great significance and role to develop the low-carbon economy and ecological construction.Liaonong,as for the main positions of the revitalization of Northeast Industrial and major agriculture province,there was remarkable change in land use.Thus the paper used Liaoning province as the study subject.Through the 2001,2004,2007,2010 and 2013's data of farmland,garden plot,woodland,grassland,water body,construction land,unused land,fossil energy consumption and population,the paper used the method and the carbon emissions factors by the International Panel on Climate Change(IPCC)in their 2006 worldwide estimate of greenhouse inventories,and then,calculated the direct carbon emissions and indirect carbon emissions in Liaoning province.Paper focused on analyzing carbon emission's characteristics in Liaoning province,and based the research results of this paper,the findings are follows: during 2011-2013,the carbon emission in Liaoning province was imbalance,the environment quality is not friendly.During that time,net carbon emissions show ascending trend year after year.By the end of 2013,net carbon emissions reach the 187047308.44 tons,and the land of average net carbon emissions was 12.36 tons per hectare.Construction and farmland were the main carbon source,however,the carbon emissions of construction were much bigger than farmland's carbon emissions.And construction's carbon emissions had an increasing trend year by year.At the same time,construction's carbon emissions directly impact the net carbon emissions.As for the carbon sink,the most obvious is the woodland,followed by garden plot,grassland,water body and unused land.The critical factor for leading carbon emissions growing fast is that the fossil energy consumption structure is unreasonable.The eight energy carbon emissions of the statistics,the fossil energy about the coal and coke had the quite high carbon emission factors,and the trend of consumption is rising year by year.The coal energy carbon emissions got 131.6439 million tons,which accounts for 62.87% of fossil energy overall carbon emission;the coke energy carbon emissions got 27.3712 million tons,which accounts for 13.07% of fossil energy overall carbon emission.Based on the results of the study,according to the characters of carbon emissions in Liaoning province,at the same time,in response to a national policy of “low-carbon economy”,this paper had researched and discussed from the following respect to achieve the objective of carbon emission reduction: To coordinate economic development,to adjust the energy and industrial structure,to control production capacity,to manage according to local conditions,to improve the forest coverage rate,to improve the low carbon policy,etc.
