Anaerobic glycogen storage and control in sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) and continuous flow reactor, Fed with glucose were investigated。The following results were obtained:(1)With the feeding of 4000 mg/L COD, the removing efficiency of COD in ASBR was 93.16%~96.89%。But in the continuous flow of anaerobic reactor, the removing efficiency of COD was 91.46%~98%。The change of feeding way has't much impact on the removing efficiency of COD。Because the glucose which is easily degradable is the sole substance in the reactor, the removing efficiency of COD is above the anaerobic reactors with actually wastewater。(2)In ASBR which with different SRT, because of the different glycogen storage,the concentration of acetic acid is different,and the same change to the partial pressure of hydrogen。The acetogenesis is more active in the end of influent。With SRT of 30 days and 20 days, the acetic acid reached the maximum 106 mg/L and 97 mg/L, and the partial pressure of hydrogen reached the maximum 28.3 Pa and 5.4 Pa。The acetic acid is consumed and the partial pressure of hydrogen reached 3.5 Pa and 1.9 Pa as the methanogens using the hydrogen o In the continuous flow reactor, the concentration of acetic acid is lower at 4 mg/L, the hydrogen partial pressure is higher at 280 Pa。There is no glycogen storage。(3)Hydrogen partial pressure plays an very important role in Hydrogen and acetogenesis。In the end of the ASBR's influent which SRT is 30 days, hydrogen partial pressure can't reach 9 Pa in which pressure the propionic acid began to degrade。We can change the SRT to control the hydrogen partial pressure。 (4)The biomass and the structure of microorganism are closely related to the concentration of influent substance。The higher concentration of substance was good at the proliferation of the Microorganism with higher KS andμ。The lower concentration of influent substance was good at the proliferation of the Microorganism with lower Ks andμ。In ASBR, the concentration of acetate was more than 59.5 mg/L which is the balance acetic acid concentration, so it's best to menthanosarcina。The sludge in ASBR is the floc-sludge which is dominated by menthanosarcina。While in the continuous flow reactor, the concentration of acetate was more less than 59.5 mg/L, so it's best to menthanosaeta, As the reaction time fly, the filamentous bacteria becomes more and more。In ASBR, the SVI was 30.08~40.4 mL/g, while in the continuous flow reactor, the SVI was 70~150 mL/g, the sludge sedimentation of the continuous flow reactor becomes bad。...
