The Enterprise Culture Construction Of Our Country's Medicine Industry

Our country has a long history of attaching importance to the thought political work of the medicine enterprise's staff. In the early 1980's, China established "the National Medicine enterprise's staff thought politics research conference", and started to put great emphasis on the work of the medicine enterprise's enterprise culture construction. We have succeeded in getting some achievements after nearly 20-year practice of enterprise culture construction. However, the overall level of the medicine enterprise culture construction in our country is still not high. Especially after the accession to the WTO, the medicine industry, which experienced the medicine organizational reform, is facing greater competitions. The existing medicine enterprise culture is generally unable to keep up with the intense change of the medicine industry and many problems related to this are exposed. There is still no any monograph concerning this field in our country. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to the continuously healthy development of Chinese medicine industry to excavate the outstanding medicine culture, to collect the existing medicine culture, to discover universal existing questions and to consummate medicine enterprise culture construction in our country unceasingly.The author proposes his own view concerning the questions and the countermeasures on medicine enterprise culture in this article and hopes it would be helpful to the medicine enterprises in our country, especially to the medicine enterprise's thought political work in our country. In this article the author systematically elaborates and analyzes the concept, the structure, the characteristic of the medicine enterprise culture. On the basis of this, it analyzes the classical cases of our country's medicine enterprise culture. Through observing the general questions which domestic medicine enterprises face and researching the questions of our county's medicine enterprises, the author finds three deficiencies existing in the construction of enterprise culture. It is necessary to strengthen "the good faith", "the characteristic", "the crises consciousness" and to take this as the direction to renovate medicine enterprise culture and to enhance the core competitive power of our country's medicine enterprise. We have the reason to believe that, through discovering our own questions and further consummating the enterprise culture construction, we will certainly pursue a brilliant future of our country's medicine industry.
