The Construction Of Luliang Oil Field Characteristics' Enterprise Culture Research

Luliang Oil field is a PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company under the level of oil production plant,the production area is located in the Junggar basin Gurbantunggut Desert abdomen.As the main working area is away from the vast majority of employee family,employees can not have a normal family life for a long time,this led to a lot of staff family conflicts,and even get a divorce,to employees caused great psychological pressure and trauma.Based on the above background,First of all,this paper sums up the related basic concepts,five main theories and analytical models of corporate culture construction;Then,it analyzes the experience,advantages and disadvantages of the outstanding enterprises in China,including Motorola,Panasonic,Daqing petroleum and so on,which have achieved great success in the construction of enterprise culture at home and abroad,including five companies;Summed up the past experience in the construction of enterprise culture and staff management in the field and the deep reasons.Using theory Z,analysis of how to establish the basic framework of "Z type organization" from the management concept and the employer system,to maintain the long-term attractiveness of employees;using the theory of value and the principle of Humanism,determine the future direction of talent management and enterprise development;according to Denison organizational culture model,explored how to strengthen the internal cohesion of the enterprise and maintain the long-term stability of the staff in the current salary and working conditions.On the basis of this,the article defines the guiding ideology,basic principles,stage objectives and main measures for the construction of enterprise culture in the future.
