With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, human resource has become the deciding factor of promoting the economy growth and it is the tool of enterprises' competence advantage. However, the increasing knowledge -employee drain has become the main problem that currently confused many enterprises. The high rate of knowledge-employee drain seriously weakens the promotion of enterprises competition. How to solve the problem properly has been many entrepreneurs' and human resource specialists' focal point.The article focus on the research of Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd (short for Lukang Group), analyzed the severe problem of knowledge-employee turnover existing in this enterprise. Lukang Group,the state-owned extra large enterprise, is an important antibiotic industrial base in China. But there are more and more knowledge -employee left Lukang Group in recent years. The knowledge -employee drain rate is higher rate increasing with years and it is the detriment of the normal activity and business. The knowledge-employee is the key factor of success nowadays when creativity is very important in 21st century. So Lukang Group should try to attract them and urge them to stay through exploiting human resource.On the base of the employee flow theory, the article analyzes deeply the knowledge -employee drain of Lukang Group on the four aspects: the factors of knowledge -employee,the factors of social environment,the factors of Lukang Group,the factors of competitor.Then the article make suggestions of resoluble.
