| With the development of the knowledge economy, the creation, transmission and application of the knowledge has been the key for the corporation gaining its comparative advantage, therefore the effective knowledge personnel stimulation has been the core point of contemporary human resource management and corporation sustainable development.The article introduces the relevant-theories upon stimulation at first, which argues the knowledge personnel's professional characteristics: high-independence, high- achievement motivation, and strong inclination of mobility. Then it submits the principles to spark the knowledge personnel. With the mechanism reformation of stimulating the knowledge personnel that is occurring in Hua Bei Petrol-Chemical Company. On the base of above, the author puts forward applying all-around stimulation into knowledge personnel's management and stimulation. The all-round stimulation contains the following meanings: in the stimulation content, the enterprises should combine material stimulation with mental stimulation; in the stimulation time, the enterprises had better combine long-term stimulation with short-time stimulation; in the stimulation tactics, the enterprises could applies all kinds of ways and instruments into knowledge personnel's stimulation and get multilevel comprehensive stimulation effect.Finally the author insists that through implementing effective management by objective (MBO), making excited work design, implementing all-round compensation tactics, building excellent culture, the enterprises could get good effect on knowledge personnel's motivation. |
