| As a well-known cement production enterprise in northern China,company a is developing continuously,and its business problems are gradually exposed.In terms of the prominent problems in the current marketing work of the enterprise,the serious loss of marketing personnel has a negative impact on the healthy development of the enterprise.ensure that employees have better work quality in work development,and help to maintain the problem determination of employee team.Therefore,in the management of marketing personnel of company a,it is crucial and necessary to pay attention to the construction of scientific marketing personnel performance appraisal system,which is also helpful for enterprises to realize the construction of good employment mechanism.The construction of excellent performance appraisal system can fully mobilize the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of marketing personnel.Therefore,how to effectively use performance appraisal to maintain the stability of the marketing team of company a is very critical and necessary,which is also the focus of this paper.In terms of viewpoint discussion,this paper selects company a as the research goal,comprehensively uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research in the research,and analyzes and evaluates the construction of performance appraisal system of company A.Through investigation,this paper believes that at present,company a does not set clear assessment objectives in the performance assessment of marketing personnel,does not pay attention to the scientific application of performance assessment results,and the communication and feedback in performance assessment are not in place.Combined with the current problems of performance appraisal of company a,this paper gives the following Optimization Countermeasures:combined with the current situation of performance appraisal of company a,the combination of "BSC + KPI" can be introduced to set the performance appraisal indicators scientifically and reasonably,Ensure that the selected performance appraisal indicators are consistent with the appraisal needs of the marketing personnel of the enterprise.In the research,combined with the existing performance appraisal system of company a,and based on the multi perspectives of appraisal purpose,method,index screening and communication and feedback of appraisal results,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the optimization of performance appraisal system.In the research,combined with the problems existing in the performance appraisal of marketing personnel in company a,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and evaluation,makes a comprehensive evaluation and understanding of these problems,and gives targeted countermeasures to improve the problems.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide experience sharing and reference for promoting a company to better realize the improvement and construction of marketing personnel performance appraisal system,and promote a company to improve the work enthusiasm and initiative of marketing personnel through optimized performance appraisal,so as to ensure the realization of enterprise development goals,and better promote the healthy development of enterprise marketing personnel. |
