As the core process and effective management tool of performance management,the performance appraisal is related to the strategic transformation and sustainable development of the company.Efficient performance appraisal system is helpful to improve the work efficiency and performance of employees,and promote the optimization of the company’s internal human resources allocation.Adhering to the purpose of exploring the subject of enterprise performance appraisal,this study combines theory with practice and tries to make its own contribution to the perfection of JT’s performance appraisal system and the long-term development of the enterprise through in-depth analysis and demonstration.This study takes the skill operation sequence personnel of JT Company as the specific research object and performance appraisal as the research topic,trying to have a deep understanding of their performance appraisal.In the process of analyzing the performance appraisal status of JT Company’s skill operation sequence personnel,this study,with the help of relevant theories and complete research methods,firstly clarified the theories and concepts involved,and then explored the problems and causes existing in the performance appraisal of JT company’s skill operation sequence personnel.On this basis,this study puts forward the optimization scheme and safeguard measures of JT company’s skill operation sequence personnel performance appraisal.First,the working characteristics of JT company’s skill operation sequence personnel.Specifically include: the operation is more complex in the process of work,and the process has higher requirements on the operation quality;Lower wages in lower status jobs;The job pressure is high,the ratio of men to women is unbalanced.Secondly,the problems and causes of JT company’s performance appraisal of skill operation sequence personnel are analyzed.There are many problems in the performance appraisal of skilled operation sequence personnel in this company.According to questionnaire survey and interview method,the problems include four aspects: the purpose of assessment is not clear;Evaluation index design is not scientific;Performance evaluation lack of communication and feedback mechanism and Insufficient use of performance appraisal results.The reason is that the existing problems are the product of multiple factors.Third,the optimization design of JT company skill operation sequence personnel performance appraisal scheme.In the design process of optimization scheme,this study mainly starts from the objective principle of performance appraisal optimization,and then puts forward a reasonable,feasible and scientific optimization scheme of performance appraisal.This study starts from the optimization of objectives and principles,respectively from the content and indicators of performance appraisal;Performance appraisal cycle;Specific optimization measures is proposed in terms of communication feedback of performance appraisal and application of performance appraisal results.Fourth,the implementation guarantee of JT company’s skill operation sequence personnel performance appraisal.The performance appraisal optimization of skilled operation sequence personnel of the company needs practical and effective implementation safeguards.This study believes that in the process of optimizing the performance appraisal system,the company needs to improve the corporate culture guarantee,strengthen the enterprise organization guarantee and strengthen the enterprise system guarantee.
