In the knowledge-based era,knowledge capital plays an increasingly important role,which is a key strategic resource and can create more value for the society.Therefore,in recent years,many companies begin to shift their focus to knowledge capital in the process of carrying out internal management.The media of knowledge capital is knowledge-based employees,who will have a great impact on the development of enterprises and are also important talent resources to create wealth for enterprises.Therefore,in order to attract more talents,enterprises must build a scientific and reasonable performance management system based on the characteristics and development status of knowledge-based employees,and combine the efforts of each knowledge-based employee with his/her remuneration to ensure fairness.On this basis,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the construction of the performance management system of knowledge-based employees in enterprises.This paper takes the knowledge-based employees of YL company,a science and technology development company,as the research object.It takes the characteristics of the knowledge-based employees as the entry point,combines the relevant theoretical knowledge such as performance appraisal and expectation theory,and introduces the operation status of the company's current performance appraisal system.It adopts the interview method and questionnaire survey method to carry out an in-depth study on the deficiencies in the performance appraisal process of the knowledge-based employees in the company.On this basis,the three relations of expectation theory are used to guide the performance appraisal,and a reasonable and effective performance appraisal optimization scheme is explored.This paper,from the perspective of channels,systems and organizations,carries out the implementation of the enterprise's internal performance appraisal system and implements corresponding safeguard measures.Finally,this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the trial effect.By analyzing the internal performance results of the enterprise,it can demonstrate whether the performance appraisal system plays a specific role in motivating the staff.In the process of constructing the performance management system of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise,it can be combined with the strategic objectives and positioning of the enterprise,and at the same time,it is also conducive to the establishment of the internal performance management assessment mechanism of other similar enterprises.
