The Research On Status, Problems And Countermeasures Of Environmental Quality Of JiangYin City

With the rapid development of the economy in our country, the problem of environment has become more and more serious, which has become the main factor to restrict the economy and development of society and affects people's life. Jiang Yin, as the leader in developing economy in all of the town city in China, has had a great achievements, but when developing economy, we can't avoid the problem of environment. The aim of this thesis is to harmonize the relationship between economy and environment, and to realize the "The Eleventh Five Year Plan" to enhance the outcome of seating up eco-city, realizing the goal of "Double-Win" of economic development and environment protection.Based on the Environmental Kuzents' curve theory, circulatory economy theory, policy means theory of the environmental protection, according to adopting experts' analysis, referring to documentary materials and research achievements and method of survey on the spot, the thesis does some detailed research on the percent economic development of Jiang Yin, the quality of atmosphere and water.In recent years, Jiang Yin has had taken great measures to protect the environment and has achieved great fruits. While economy is developing rapidly, the quality of environment has become better and better. However, economy development of Jiang Yin still faces many problems, such as environmental capacity, development model, environment management and environment plan. In order to realize the Eleventh Five Year Plan, Jiang Yin must use the scientific development value as a guide, make every effort to improve the environment condition, update the economic structures, improve the level of management in environment and deploy the plan of the environment. Thus, it will help improve the quality if area environment and realize the harmonizing development between the economy and environment of Jiang Yin.
