| With the rapid development of the economy and society,the ecological environment governance has increasingly become a hotspot.In the practice of international ecological environment governance,non-governmental organizations have begun to emerge and become a useful help for governments of various countries to deal with ecological and environmental problems.In China,NGOs have also begun to play a role in the field of ecological environment governance,but they have also encountered unprecedented dilemmas.This article takes Fujian Environmental Protection Volunteers Association as an example to carry out research on the dilemma and countermeasures of participating in ecological environment governance,aiming to enrich the practice of non-governmental organizations participating in ecological environment governance through the research in this article.Based on ecological governance theory,multi-center governance theory,and civil society theory,the full text examines the participation of Fujian Environmental Protection Volunteers Association in ecological environment governance activities and discusses the participation of non-governmental organizations in ecology.The problems in environmental governance are analyzed,and the strategies are proposed.The full text analyzes the current situation of Fujian Environmental Protection Volunteers Association’s participation in ecological environment governance.The main problems are the lack of benign interaction between NGOs and the government,the development of Fujian Environmental Protection Volunteers Association is facing obstacles,and the participation of NGOs in environmental governance The joint force is not enough.The reasons are: First,it is related to the insufficient protection of the legal system;second,due to the limitations of the Fujian Environmental Protection Volunteers Association;third,it is highly administrative and dependent and has low social recognition.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the participation of the Fujian Environmental Protection Volunteers Association in the governance of the ecological environment,three countermeasures were proposed around three dimensions.They were to establish a benign interaction mechanism between the government and non-governmental organizations,and to enhance the non-governmental organizations ’own capabilities.And need to take the initiative to create a joint force to participate in environmental governance. |
