The Environment Problem And Countermeasure In Chongqing Sustainable Development

The environment problem is the critical issue of the human beings at the present decade. At the beginning of this paper, the author generally summarizes the current situation on international and domestic research of economic development and environmental protection, and analyzes the existing problems in environmental protection of Chongqing. Many countries choose the Stratagem of the Sustainable Development, and give up the former "Denial Economic Increase" or "Unlimited Increasing". Analyzing the industrial enterprise environment index, the adjustment of industry structure, the economic index and the micro-economy relation between enterprise's blowdown, fine as punishment and other factors, the author points out that the enviromental problems of Chongqing brought by the low quality of the geographic condition, the economic structural weakness, the lack of qualified energy and the short of financial support. Taking advantage of the international and domestic experiences on environmental protection in the development of economy, the author puts forward the pathes, which should not be adopted, and the valid measures in sustainable development in Chongqing. We should take the stratagem of sustainable development by popularizing of the public environmental protection sense, transforming of the way of the economic increase, adjusting of the industrial structure and activing the role of the market and the government macro adjustment. Finally, through analyzing the cases that happened in Yongchuan, the author further clarifies the validity of the measures provided in the article.
