Study On Information Platform Of Emergency Pollution Accident Response

In recent years, a lot of serious sudden pollution accidents took place in our country successively. It have not only caused enormous economic losses, but also brought on society instability and serious destruction of ecological environment. The sudden pollution accidents have already become a major threat to environment security. In order to reduce serious consequence taken by major accidents, it is urgent to establish a united emergency pollution accident response information system.The construction of Environmental Information System has a great effect on environment protection. The dissertation, in a view of global administration of environment security and efficient responding to the emergency pollution accident, studied the requirements, put forward the theoretical frame of the information platform, analyzed and designed the Environmental Database , GIS system , pollution controlling software , auto pollution monitoring and controlling system and efficient response system with the method of the technology of software engineering, computer, database, communications and GIS.
