How to strengthen the ability to dealing with the atmospheric pollution accidents,and how to reduce the loss of property and casualties as far as possible caused by the unexpected accident,have been paid more and more attention by governments and societies.It is highly required of the decision efficiency in unexpected atmospheric pollution accidents,which means it has become an urged problem to form and visualize a scientific emergency scenarios,and effective measures should be carried out to control and reduce the danger and loss in time.This paper studies the technology of emergency plan generation and dynamic deduction for unexpected atmospheric environmental pollution accidents.A similar case is used as the knowledge source of emergency plan generation,and GIS technology is adopted to propose a operable emergency plan.On this basis,a dynamic deduction of emergency plan is displayed that can be directly seen in GIS in order to help deciders to estimate the changing before take measures and put out reasonable effective emergency solution quickly.Results of this paper are as below:(1)Emergency plan generation,method for unexpected atmospheric pollution accident based on similar cases:On the basis of analysis of emergency plan content for unexpected atmospheric pollution accident,a kind of solution to generate emergency plan is put forward based on similar cases.In order to extract the emergency task from the text of similar cases,a multi word co-occurrence model is used to construct the emergency task trigger word set.And a formation of emergency plan content is studied and analyzed combined with the spatial analysis technology of GIS.(2)Dynamic deduction of emergency plan for unexpected atmospheric pollution accident:a formalization description model for emergency preplan deduction plot is designed in order to carry on the dynamic deduction of emergency plan.The saving method of deduction plot are discussed in this paper.Moreover,the formation of the plot of the emergency plan for unexpected atmospheric pollution accident is realized.The visualization methods of deduction mission is studied in the paper.Finally,some details of the emergency plan deduction process are discussed,including the execution of the plot and the control of the deduction.(3)Emergency plan generation and dynamic deduction prototype system for unexpected atmospheric pollution accident:a fundamental geospatial database,a case base of unexpected atmospheric pollution accident,a emergency decision aid case database are built on the basis of the data collection and processing.Meanwhile,the emergency plan generation and dynamic deduction prototype system for unexpected atmospheric pollution accident are designed and implemented by using the integration technology of GIS,CBR and text mining.It can provide the accident simulation,predication and evaluation,and emergency decision-making with intelligent decision support.It also contributes more such as the formation,visualization,integration and intelligent of emergency decision-making for unexpected atmospheric environmental pollution accident.The formation and dynamic deduction of emergency plan are elementarily realized.
