Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Safety Production Supervision

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of my country’s national economic development.They are numerous and widely distributed.They play an irreplaceable role in stimulating economic development and solving employment problems.However,in recent years,small and medium-sized enterprises have frequent production safety accidents,which have brought serious threats to the safety of people’s lives and property and the harmonious development of society.Our country is paying more and more attention to safety production supervision,especially increasing the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises.At present,there is relatively little research on the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.Through the research on this topic,it can be concluded that the main problems existing in the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises can be further strengthened and reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents.This article takes W County’s small and medium-sized enterprise safety production supervision status as an example to investigate the main problems existing in W County’s current small and medium-sized enterprise safety production supervision,and through research and analysis of advanced experience in safety production supervision of foreign developed countries,from the government safety production supervision department In-depth analysis and countermeasure research on the two aspects of the enterprise’s own internal production safety management have important practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of production safety in W County and even Wenzhou City.This article is divided into seven parts for research.The first part is mainly about the research background and research significance,the research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas;the second part is the basic concepts and theoretical basis;the third part is the overview of the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises in China;The fourth part is the current situation and problem analysis of the safety production supervision of SMEs in W County;the fifth part is the experience and enlightenment of the safety production supervision of SMEs in developed countries;the sixth part is the countermeasures to improve the safety production supervision of SMEs;the seventh part is through the research and analysis of the previous part,summarize the main problems of the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises in W County and the countermeasures and suggestions put forward.From the perspective of the government’s supervision of SMEs’ production safety and the management of enterprises’ self-reliance on production safety,research and investigation of W County’s SME safety production supervision status,combined with years of safety production supervision work basis,we can be seen that the current W County Government’s safety production supervision department has the following major problems in the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises: the government does not pay enough attention to safety production supervision,the government supervision department has insufficient supervision,the supervision system is not perfect,and the government supervision team cannot keep up and so on.The weak awareness of production safety of the heads of SMEs,the inadequate safety training of SMEs and the relatively low quality of employees in SMEs are the main problems in the management of enterprise safety in production,and they are also one of the reasons for the frequent occurrence of enterprise safety accidents.After summarizing and analyzing the main problems of W County’s safety production supervision,by drawing on and analyzing the advanced experience of foreign developed countries in safety production supervision,based on the actual situation of W County,propose corresponding countermeasures,it can by strengthen the construction of the grassroots emergency management system,strengthen the construction of safety supervision inspectors,implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety production,strengthen enterprise safety management and safety capital investment,improve the safety and labor protection awareness of enterprise employees,and strengthen the construction of enterprise safety culture to strengthen safety production supervision of SMEs.So as to reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents and promote the harmonious and sustainable development of economy and society.
