| The study significance and the research progress of inorganic antibacterial agent has been briefly reviewed in the paper.Multistep deposition process has been adopted in the preparation of superfine inorganic composite antibacterial powder, Ag+ as crystal nucleus, packed outside by the hydroxid and phosphate precipitate of Ti and Zr elements etc., The optimal process conditions have been found from one-factor influence tests and multi-factor orthogonal test, and the optimal process conditions were: Ag iron was imported by silver ammine, and then 100ml Titanyl sulphate solution mixing with zirconium sulfate keep hot at 90 ℃ for 30 mins, and the Zr/Ti ratio is 0.15,and Na2HPO4 was added in the end. The final product was obtained after washed with grain alcohol, dried under vacuum and calcinated at 700℃ for 4.0 hours. The fine particle with the average diameter of 450nm has been prepared by the process, the particles were sphericity on the whole and the size distribution was quite narrow. The chemistry constitute model was: Ago.03Zr0.18Ti0.33P0.11O0.34The antibacterial tests showed that this powder has 100% bactericidal action on E.coli, S.aures and C.albicans within 15 minutes with lOOppm (powder concentration) without illumination. The problem that the Ag-type inorganic antibacterial agent has a bad restraining-effect on fungi and Ti-type inorganic antibacterial agent makes less effect without illumination were successfully resolved. Besides, the problem of Ag-type antibacterial agent tarnishing has been resolved. The product could endure high temperature and it was light coloured. The simple process was made it easy to carry out industrialisation. |
