Multistep deposition process has been adopted for the first time in the preparation of nano inorganic composite antibacterial powder, Ag+ as crystal nucleus, packed outside by the hydroxid and phosphate precipitate of Ti. Zr metal etc., The optimal process conditions have been found from one-factor influence tests and multi-factor orthogonal tests: the concentration of stuff was 120g/L; Hydrolyzation reaction temperature was 120℃; Reaction time was 0.5h; 1100℃,1.5 hours calcination and surface modification with compounding dispersant ZA. The particle size analysis showed that the average diameter was 50nm, the particles were sphericity on the whole and the size distribution was quite narrow; The chemistry constitute model was obtained by XRF: Ag 0.03 Zr 0.18 Ti 0.33 P 0.11 0 0.34The tests showed that the powder has 100% bactericidal action on E.coli, S.aures and C.albicans within 30 minutes with 100mg/L under the condition of dark environment. The problem that the Ag-series inorganic antibacterial agent has a bad restraining-effect on fungi and Ti-series inorganic antibacterial agent makes less effect under the condition of dark environment were successfully resolved. Besides, the problem of Ag-antibacterial agent tarnishing has been resolved.The preparation process of antibacterial fabric with smear-cover technique have been studied primarily in this paper. The tests indicated that the fabric has strong killing effects on fungi, and the feasibility and reliability of the preparation process of the powder have been proved.
