Study On The Preparation Of Cotton Antibacterial Fabrics With Superfine Inorganic Composite Antibacterial Agent

The dressing pastes are confected with self-made superfine inorganic composite antibacterial agent and discoloration inhibiter, dispersant, bond and thickener according to definite proportion, the antibacterial fabrics are made of the dressing pastes by the surface coat method. Then its performances are tested. The dressing effect of each material reagent is studied, and each optimal material reagent and its weight is: antibacterial - self-made superfine inorganic composite antibacterial agent (CRJA1807) 2%, dispersant - hexametaphosphate 0.1%, discoloration inhibitor -benzotriazole compound 0.1%, bond - adhesivecement D 15%, thickener - FS-460 2%;Coating weight is 4.8~5.0g/m~2;And it is prebaked at 100°C in 5 mins and is baked at 120°C in 2 mins.The antibacterial tests showed that antibacterial fabrics have 99.5% bactericidal action on E.coli, S.aures and C.albicans within 2 h under the condition of dark environment unde the optimal process conditions.The washfastness and the lightfastness of antibacterial fabric are tested, and the antibacterial fabric is nondiscolouring with a week time exposing to sunlight and has fairly lightfastness;and it has 98.0% bactericidal action after it is washed to 50 times so it has fairly washfastness.
