Research And Development Of NC Teaching Platform Based On Integrated Exam System

Based on CJK6140H numerical-control lathe and the NC system installed on it,a machine tool simulation software in Windows system was constructed. Thesoftware can fulfill such operating functions as follows: editing NC programs,machine operation, machine settings and manufacturing simulation, etc. Besides, aweb-based NC education platform was built including teaching and trainingfunctions and combining books, instructors and devices together in an integrationenvironment, through realizing an integrated test system and a NC-teaching aidedsystem (which developed with HTML Help Workshop, Microsoft FrontPage, Flash,Visual Basic 6.0, and ASP Access 2004).This dissertation consists of five chapters: 1.The main research work iscarefully reported from the points of the application and prospect of theNC-technology NC-controlled machine and computer simulation technology;2.Thegeneral framework of the NC education platform was introduced;3.The wholestructure of the NC simulation platform is surveyed in the aspects of the conceptionand appearance of NC simulation, the designing principles and the functiondepiction, general frame design, the solution to the key problems, and the simulatingprogramming;4.The context design and building work of the teaching aided systemis summarized;5.The application of computer test system is respectively analyses inevery function modules included in.The system can be applied in operation training to simulate in the real machinetools, the pre-check before real manufacture, evaluating the NC codes, and alsoassessing the theoretical teaching effects. It offers a well environment for bothteachers and students.
