| Under the background of Made in China 2025,with the development of Virtual Reality(VR)technology and Mixed Reality(MR)technology,the combination of technological training of industrial equipment and information technology has become a development trend in the direction of manufacturing education.As emerging educational tools,VR technology and MR technology are widely used in practical education.The immersive experience brought by both has brought students unprecedented understanding of learning.The new education mode of "XR(Extended Reality)+ education" extended by "VR+ education" and "MR+ education" can fully meet the requirements of current practical and experimental teaching.The paper takes J1VMC50 MB vertical CNC milling machine as the research object.Based on Holo Lens equipment and combined with 3D modeling softwares of Solid Works and 3ds Max,the CNC milling machine virtual simulation teaching system,which is based on the MR technology,has been designed and developed through Unity3 D development platform.Compared with the traditional virtual operation training system,its novel interactive mode can truly liberate the hands.Students can freely and intuitively grasp the overall structure of the milling machine,and can finish a complete set of virtual processing operation process everywhere.The novel teaching and learning methods have increased the students’ interest in learning and enhanced their experience,thus improving the efficiency of the operation training.The specific research work of this project is as follows:1.This paper will explain the background and significance of the project,introduce the development status of VR technology and MR technology at home and abroad,analyze the teaching content and demand,and establish the purpose of the project,the research content and the basic modules and realization functions of the system as well.2.The paper will analyze the requirements of the actual milling machine teaching,design five learning modules of the system,and complete the construction,assembly and optimization of a whole process of milling machine and various component models in Solid Works and 3ds Max software.At the same time,the design of UI interface and the development of system functions will be completed with the help of Unity3 D.3.The paper will select gesture interaction technology as the main recognition method of the system,and give it a secondary development.As to the technical problems involved in the development process of the system,such as SLAM technology in mixed reality scenarios,threedimensional tracking registration technology and the conversion of three coordinate systems,this project has done the research of elaboration and algorithm analysis and provided a solution for the virtual and real fusion technology in the system.4.In this paper,the system application is deployed to the Holo Lens mixed reality device and the functional module is tested.The final result shows that the system can run smoothly without operation problems such as lag and flash back. |
