| As an important river which flowing by the city of liao-cheng and receiving all waste water that produced by the city of liao-cheng,the condition of tu-hai river is getting worse with the developing of the economy and society of liao-cheng city。My thesis gives a foundation and first condition to the waste water controlling of the tu-hai river by establishing the mathematical model of the tu-hai river and giving the river a comprehensive plan of water quality。Existing polluted condition of the river was investigated and mathematical model was established according to the river attribute of hydrology and water quality。The river numbers that get at the stable condition was monitored at the time that the quantity of flowing water is in lowest level。The three coefficients of dispersion and BOD reducing and BOD precipitating were estimated together according the existing condition by the river number and the program that programmed with VB。The comprehensive plan of water quality was based upon coefficient estimating together。The optimum plan was made with liner costing function by the program that used method of simple and programmed with VB。The reliability of the mathematical model was greatly heightened by coefficient estimating together。The computing result expressed that the error was controlled within 15% and that mathematical model and assuming condition were accorded with the existing condition。The plan result expressed that the plan can solve the problem of plan of water quality completely。According to the plan ,we can renovate the tu-hai river more efficiently and scientifically。... |
