As the number of China’s economic development and population increase, industrial anddomestic water supply also continued to increase, but also bring issues such as environmental pollutionand the deterioration of water quality. Water pollution risks to human health and the destruction ofecological environment, sewage irrigation on soil environment and crops have a adverse effect,the waterpollution control research is of great significance. At present, the rivers pollution comes from industrial, urban life, urban runoff, rural life,agricultural runoff, livestock and poultry breeding. Kaifeng Central is located in the Yudong plain,favorable geographical position, mild climate, rich, convenient transportation, is an important tourist city incentral plain area. Huiji River belongs to the Guo River of river, is a major pollutant of rivers in Kaifengcity, is65.9km in length in the Kaifeng area, the Huiji River in Kaifeng territory status feature is intendedfor agricultural irrigation and pollution. The subject of this article is in Kaifeng city’s Huiji River, itstributary the Huangbian River,the Yaochang River, the Donghucheng River, the Dongjiaogou River, theMajia River. This Huiji River and its tributaries through water quality evaluation the main pollutants areNH3-N, COD, BOD, belonging to the organic pollution. Select total State control project NH3-N, andCOD as a key factor analysis and research, through pollution source investigation and evaluation of industrial, urban life, urban runoff, cropland runoff, livestock, rural life of equal standard pollution loadratio respectively,0.253,0.672,0.001,0.028,0.009,0.038in order of size of their contributions to the study ofregional pollution: urban life, industry, rural life, agricultural runoff, livestock, urban runoff. The HuijiRiver and its tributaries main pollution sources are municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, rural life,agricultural runoff, equal standard pollution loading than99percent of total pollution, municipalwastewater and industrial wastewater accounted for93.4percent. Therefore, point source pollution in theurban area is much larger than non-point source pollution in Kaifeng city, but it also cannot ignore thenon-point source pollution. Six-degree of pollution of the River in order of size are the Dongjiaogou River,the Yaochang River, the Huiji River, the Majia River, the Donghucheng River, the Huangbian River.Authors against the present situation of environmental protection in Kaifeng and Huiji River actualpollution situation, on the basis of perfecting the existing source control project, made a number ofmeasures and management measures, combining the two together constitute the Huiji River’s waterpollution prevention and control measures in Kaifeng city’s section, it will play a role in prevention andtreatment of water pollution.
