Researching Water Pollution Controlling And Managing Technique Of Wei River Shann'Xi Sect

The Wei River is polluted seriously in Shann'Xi province. A great deal of industry waste water and living sewage no disposal drain to river directly which makes Water environment of Wei River Shann'Xi sect become worse and hind the economy development of arrears deeply.Based on analyzing water pollution controlling and managing technique of national in and out, This paper has done research and requirement analyse on water system structure and managing actuality of The Wei River Shann'Xi sect,, researched water pollution controlling technique of The Wei River (exampling by Xi'An sect),adopted reverse arithmetic from environment goal to polluting fountain improving, viz. passing environment capacity calculating, distributed allowing letting content to each polluting fountain according to some principle.Finally this paper analysed cost-benefit, met water environment quality by lowest economy cost,set up economy aim function used to optimize which calculated best disposal efficiency combination of each sewage disposal factory based on sewage disposal factory and water quality condition restriction.that is,made sewage disposal cost of whole valley least, at the same time, met water quality goal from adjusting disposal efficiency of each disposal factory. Ultimately MATLAB toolbox is used in this paper, which elicited disposal efficiency of each disposal factory.Water environment managing system is a complex system which contains magnanimous information. This paper put GIS technique into water environment managing, empoldered water environment managing information system of The Wei River passing VB Mapinfo and Matlab integration after system demand and function analysis,which put information technique based on water environment and traditional data-base technique intovision room,will place environment protecting governor to nature and society circumstance,make valley general picture and water environment actuality showed at graph more distinctnessly,offer modern technique means for water environment managing.
