| In recent years,a lot of effective work in water environment management has been implemented in China to improve the urban water environment.However,there are still gaps between the state’s requirements and the current states of the urban water environment.In particular,a series of water environment problems has been faced due to the rapid development of cities in North China.Therefore,an in-depth study on urban water environment in North China was urgent to carry out,providing a scientific basis for comprehensive management of urban water environment.In this study,based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of urban water environment pollution in North China,a classification guide plan and roadmap were constructs for comprehensive improvement of urban water environment in North China,to provide technical support for the comprehensive improvement of urban water environment in this region.Firstly,the monitoring of typical urban water bodies and the collection of water quality data,including urban natural geography,rainfall characteristics,population economy,water resources,and urban wading infrastructure in North China,to identify and analyze the characteristics,causes and key factors of the urban water environment pollution in North China.The results show that the main problems faced by the urban water environment in North China are the insufficient ecological base flow,unconventional water supply(more than 60%),the urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater pollution,and the non-point source pollution.Combined with the characteristics of urban water environment in North China,pollution causes,natural geographic conditions,economic development,human settlement structure,water resources allocation,the methods of water environment capacity calculation,pollution load allocation and ecological base flow calculation applicable to North China were studied and established.Finally,In terms of configuration and other situations,a classification guidance plan for comprehensive improvement of the water environment in North China has been constructed from four aspects: urban point sources,urban non-point sources,urban water quality improvement and promotion control,and urban water saving.Guided by national policies and regional development plans,fully considering the current status of urban water environment in North China,as well as the impact of economic and social development level,infrastructure investment,industrial structure and other aspects on urban water environment improvement goals in North China,the three-stage comprehensive remediation goals was proposed with 2025,2030 and 2035 as the main nodes in the timeline.On this basis,combined with the existing technical system of comprehensive improvement of the urban area water environment,the future technical requirements was analyzed at different stages,and the technology roadmap of comprehensive improvement of the water environment in North China was drawn.According to the technology roadmap,by 2025,the pollution load and the quality of urban water environment in North China will be significantly improved to some extent.By 2030,the quality of urban water environment in North China will be comprehensively improved,and the quality of ecological will be remarkable restored.By 2035,the ecological quality of the urban water environment in North China will be fundamentally improved,and the goal of a beautiful city will be achieved. |
