Launching Inquiry Learning upon professional course in the secondary vocational school under IT environment is the urgent need of student's development. It helps students take the professional advantage of the school completely, develop students' professional specialty and try combination relevant knowledge. It also helps students cultivate initiative spirits, improve their practice ability, comprehensive professional skill, and ability of starting an undertaking, thus develop students' individual character.Inquiry Learning is an effective way to enhance students' learning abilities, such as information-collecting, question-probing, problem-solving. This practice is launched with exploring in the secondary vocational school. Launch the practical exploration of Inquiry Learning upon metallurgical specialized course in secondary vocational school under IT environment. At present, the research still is searched for in both theoretic aspect and practical aspect. This article tries to explore the issue in four parts. First part, introduction, has explained the research background, current situation, purpose. Feasibility and necessity analysis of Inquiry learning upon metallurgical specialized course in secondary vocational school. Second part, is the description of the relevant concepts of the research. It Introduced relation concepts of Inquiry Learning, Inquiry Learning under the IT environment and theoretical foundation. Third part, introduction, Launch the practical exploration of Inquiry Learning upon metallurgical specialized course in secondary vocational school under IT environment. Adopted the experimental class carries on in the non- experimental class contrast research method to the test result analyzes carries on. The last part of this thesis summarizes the achievements, points out the outcomes as well as the deficiencies of this study; Suggests other respects deserving further studies.
