By simulant experiment medium, we find that the flow in pipeline has three flowing types. They are layer flowing, agglomerate flowing and dispersing flowing. We draw flowing type curve and ascertain its estimating bases. We educe relative prediction formula of pressure drop for flow of heavy water cutcrude oil in pipeline. It is Lastly, the article study the character of free water settling and separating about heavy water cut oil. The experiment conducts the rule of flow type's change and the rule of free water settling and separating.Comparing with the period of water content exploitation ,plentiful experiment results show that the character of pipeline transporting and the character of free water settling and separating have had apparent change. When the inhere water content achieve the heavy water content, pipeline transporting friction will drop down and free water separating will accelerate. So we may apply the article to surface engineering layout, during the period of the heavy water content, its forecast to the constructed system will be much more exact. It will be advantageous to using full of the constructed system's power. It may reduce reconstructive invest to more 10 percent. It may be applied to saving theenergy and reducing cost, the result may make the temperature of pipeline transporting and separation to drop down to 5-10 centigrade, the self-consuming gas will be reduced to more 30 percent. It may be applied abroad to Daqing old oilfield as la, sa, xing.
