Sedimentation tank as production of crude oil gathering and transferring station important oil/water separation equipment,in the petrochemical industry plays a very important role,its working principle is mainly through the oil and water physical properties,after a certain static sedimentation,oil is smaller than the density of water,oil and water will oil-water separation phenomenon in sedimentation tank,again after the operation of the site staff will precipitation water release sedimentation tank below,called artificial cut the water.The more primitive traditional cut water process,rely mainly on the staff of the accumulation of experience,because now in the industrial production of crude oil moisture content is higher and higher,the jar water-oil ratio change is bigger,and in the process of crude oil settling the easier the longer lowered the properties of crude oil,oil products,this leads to the reliability of the artificial water cutting precision,it is difficult to meet the requirements,if improper operation accident,cause waste of crude oil,will also pose a great threat to field staff safety.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the water cutter of settling tank and realize intelligent water cutting.China has entered the stage of high-water-cut crude oil exploitation,and sometimes need to inject water to oil Wells,so the traditional water-cut detection equipment put forward new requirements.Microwave sensor is an effective device to detect water content in industrial production.It is not affected by oil and water content and shape,and has high detection accuracy.Using microwave sensor as the detection instrument of intelligent water cutter system of settling tank has great advantages.This paper mainly studies the intelligent water cutter system of high water-cut oil settling tank,which includes the main and auxiliary microwave moisture content sensor,butterfly valve and pipeline.More comprehensive and accurate by salinity and temperature on the high water cut of crude oil moisture content of microwave sensor precision error influence law,through a large number of relevant experimental data,using the method of multiple regression function fitting curve equation,analysis of support vector machine(SVM)error correction method,the resulting high water-content crude oil moisture content of the error analysis of mathematical formula and model accuracy.By using the formula model,the detection error of temperature to the moisture content of high-water-cut crude oil microwave sensor is less than0.2%,and the detection error of moisture content of the microwave sensor caused by salinity(single component,double component)is reduced from ±15.2% to ±3.47%,which makes the impact of mazu production site on the detection accuracy.The realization of intelligent water cutting improves the efficiency and accuracy of oil and water separation in storage tank,which is conducive to the construction and development of digital oilfield and has certain social and economic benefits.
