Oilfield produced water is mainly produced from oil production. This produced water contains a lot of oil, salinity, bacteria and suspended solids. Oilfield produced water is mainly treated by the way of reinjection formations. Due to direct discharge the wasted water caused serious environment pollution, way of reinjection has the advantage of maintaining reservoir pressure and enhancing oil recovery. Oilfield produced water contains high concentration of salinity and bacteria in Tuha oilfield. These reasons lead to pipeline corrosion and environmental pollution. Generated this oilfield has to replace the pipeline and cause large economic losses. Therefore, it is significant to preserve the environment and decrease the cost by study the dispose of reinjection water of produced water and the control measures of pipeline corrosion. The reinjection treatment process of produced water in Tuha oilfield was optimized and used hydrocyclone - pressurized dissolved air flotation unit - walnut shell filter treatment process to determine the process parameters. Under the conditions of the optimal parameters, the main control indicators of producing water, such as oil content of 5.03mg/L, suspended solids content of 1.46mg/L, median particle size of 0.782μm. These indicators have reached that standard of water reservoir, water quality indicators and analytical methods recommended by clastic rocks" (SY/T5329-2012) (suspended solids<2mg/L, oil content<6mg/L, the median particle size<1.5μm). Otherwise, the effluent of filtration still remains a high concentration of bacteria and salinity. In return water pipeline corrosion control study, according to Tuha oilfield produced water quality and optimization of oilfield water treatment processes, the type of agents and dosing were to determined such as oils IMIDAZOLINE, antiseptic of S-1, inorganic flocculant PAC and in addition to iron complex (Hydrogen peroxide, Sodium citrate, PAM). After adding various agents, the experimental results showed that the inhibitive efficiency of 83%, the average corrosion rate of less than 0.076mm/a, the oil field reinjection system to achieve the overall effect of corrosion control. The economy of inhibitor and corrosion-resistant material was analyzed, the results showed that the cost of adding inhibitors to the existing pipeline reinjection reasonably, optimized the process flow with good economic returns and on-site applications.
