With the rapid development of China’s economy, a lot of energy is consumed, the main consumption is coal power generation. Coal-fired plants in China’s power generation areas still occupy vast proportion. Large number coal burninggenerated carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides cause the greenhouse effect, but also triggering a haze problem. Strengthen fire plants environmental requirements become a priority. Pipeline transport method will force large granular material pressurized water delivery,it has the environmentally friendly features, it is widely used in power plant ash removal system. In this paper, based on the slag water system of thermal power plant, through increased monitoring of drainage pipeline and modified flushing water electric door, for the DCS system design, a set of optimization scheme is worked out to achieve the purpose of reducing the labor amount of the workers.First of all, the composition of slag DouHe power plant water system are analyzed in detail, through analyzing the maintenance log extraction, out of the overflow pipe, flushing water pipe, the underflow pipe secondary fault, it is concluded that fault point mainly in jellyfish tube parts.Secondly, this paper mainly through the analysis of jellyfish tube blocking issues, formulate a set of jellyfish pipe optimization improvement program. Design scheme and implementation, detail spare parts preparation, equipment installation, electrical wiring, DCS hardware and software configuration and so on the actual operation. Finally, by the result of the solution possible for example demonstrated in detail, the feasibility of solution results. Which can achieve the design goal, complete the design goal.
