Enteromorpha is marine green algae. It has been used widely because of its high nutritional value and rich sources. Enteromorpha used in this thesis was collected from Qingdao coast. This thesis has studied from the following aspects:1. The nutrition composition of Entermorpha collecting from Qingdao coast were analyzed. The result showed that Enteromorpha have 7.08% of water,18.37% of ash, 1.31% of fat,19.83% of protein.2. The water-soluble Enteromorpha polysaccharides (EP) were obtained through aqueous extraction-alcohol precipitation technology. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimum extracting conditions were the flour with water (w/v=1:60) conducting at 90℃for 4 hours, and the successive order of factors affecting the extraction was extract temperature, ratio of solid to liquid and extract time.3. FTIR was used to verify the structure of EP. The chemical components of the water-soluble EP were analyzed. The EP contained 69.49% carbohydrate on the basis of fraction dry weight. This fraction contained 15.42% of sulfate and 19.51% of uronic acids.4. The EP was purified by DEAE- Cellulose column and Sephadex G-75. The pure EP obtained is white powder, soluble in water, especially in hot water, but not in alcohol.5. The cellulose of Entermorpha collecting from Qingdao coast was analyzed. The result showed that in Entermorpha, the content of cellulose was 6.57%. The method for dissolving cellulose was studied using the cellulose of Entermorpha.6. Polysaccharide films were produced by the water-soluble EP with different methods. Some characteristics of polysaccharide films have been studied.7. The probability of Solution Spinning using water-soluble EP and cellulose was studied.
