The enteromorpha menses raise with the alkali raise obtain the enteromorpha water to raise the polysaccharide (WE) and the alkali raise the polysaccharide (AE). The thick polysaccharide uses the freezing and thawing, the proteinase law and the Sevage law unites carries on the purification to obtain DWE and DAE albumenose-free. Meanwhile to WE and AE, DWE and the DAE physical character, the thick polysaccharide content (phenol sulfuric acid method), the protein content (kelvin fixation of nitrogen) and the sulfate radical content (turbidimetric method) and so on nature has carried on the comparative analysis. The result showed that the water raises the enteromorpha thick polysaccharide to raise the enteromorpha thick polysaccharide the alkali the polysaccharide content and the sulfuric acid content must be higher than, analyzes enteromorpha Shui Ti who after G.C. two methods obtain (WE) and the alkali raises the polysaccharide the component and the content has the difference, This water soluble polysaccharide (WE) was composed of Rha, Xyl, Gal, Glc, GlcUA in a mola r ratio of 3.72:1:0.12:0.12:1.82; The alkali extraction polysaccharide (AE) was composed of Rha, Xyl, Man,Gal, Glc, GlcUA in a of ratio is 1.21:1: 2.48:2.92:3.41:0.65. Simultaneously uses the turbidimetric method to examine two kind of polysaccharides the sulfate radical content, the water raises the polysaccharide and the alkali raises the polysaccharide the sulfate radical content respectively is 7.5% and 5.75%.In vitro lymphocyte proliferation experiment, the crude polysaccharide WE and AE had no effect on lymphocyte proliferation alone. The water polysaccharide stimulated ConA-induced T lymphocyte proliferation at the doses of 200 -400μg/ ml, in a dose-dependent manner, and it stimulated LPS-induced B lymphocyte proliferation at the highest dose. The alkali-extract polysaccharide (AE)could significantly stimulate ConA-induced lymphocyte proliferation at the doses of 100 and 400μg/ ml, and could stimulated LPS-induced lymphocyte proliferation at three doses of the polysaccharide.
