Study On The Standard Questions Polygon Mapping System In Pre-inspection Of The Second Land Survey

The second national land survey as a survey of major national conditions aimed at finding out the status of land use across the country, the true master of the land base data, establish and improve land survey, statistics and registration system, realize land resources information society to achieve services to meet the economic and social development and land resource management needs. The pre-inspection of the second land survey ensure the authenticity and accuracy database results which made by the second survey of rural land use, so that a database of rural land use survey results can better serve economic and social sustainable development and land resource management.In actual work of the second rural land use survey pre-inspection, the article on the standard framing questions on patch distribution maps produced by the "results of the second national land survey data quality verification software" and national standard 1:1 size maps and figure decoration maps, it is found maps produced by the verification software does not meet the requirements of the national standards. In the work, software platform is ArcGIS, through careful study the standard framing questions on patch distribution process and specific methods of production but using ArcGIS is too complex to make a 1:1 million standard maps.Using ESRI's ArcGIS Engine development kit, this paper hopes to make the process complex calculations and repetitive work to modularity, functionality, Simplify the map production process. Developing an independent easy to plan for this standard framing questions polygons mapping system, designed to simplify the process of making maps, convenient and fast to produce the required standards in line with national maps. In this paper, first combined with my process in the system development experience and problems, and discussed the techniques in the design and development of the system, then described the issues of main technical, which is used in each module of the development, at last, the system's main functions were tested.
