The present paper deals with the taxonomy of Saldidae from Inner Mongolia, China (including species, morphology, distribution, dissect and compare of genitalia, fauna etc.).Twenty-three species, belonging to 2 subfamilies, 7 genera of Saldiae, including one new species (Chartoscirta alashanensis sp.nov) and two first record species (Chiloxanthus suturalis (Jakovlev,1889) and Chartoscirta cooksii(Curtis,1835)) from China are recognized. The wings, male's gonopore process and clasper of 23 species are figured. New species and the first record species from China are described and illustrated; one species of Saldiae from Inner Mongolia are revised. The faunistic analysis of Inner Mongolia Saldidae species displayed that the Palaeartic species dominate among all species. The 52.2% species only belonging to Palaeartic. In China, most of Saldiae species distributed in Northern-East, Northern-China and Mongolia-Xinjiang regions. The 95.7% species belongs to Mongolia-Xinjiang regions are the first. Others belongs to Northern-China and Northern-East Region.
