Crab spiders and small huntsman spiders are important predators in grassland, their natural and academic importance cannot be overstated. 178 species belonging to 30 genus under Thomisidae and 51 species belonging to 3 genus under Philodromidae have been reported in our fauna. In this paper, 29 species of the Philodromidae and 42 species of thomisidae are recognized and reviewed in the fauna from Inner Mongolia in china. Two new species are described: Thanatus wuchuanensis sp. Nov., Diaea uritai, sp. nov.. Five species are being recorded for the first time from China: Xysticus tyshchenkoi Marusik & Logunov, 1994; Xysticus nenilini Marusik, 1989; Xysticus bifasciatus C.L.Koch, 1837; Thanatus stepposus Logunov, 1996; Thanatus arcticus Thorell, 1872.Faunistic data and keys to most species are provided.
