In few years, the author study the Classification of Orthotylinae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Miridae: Orthotylinae) (including species ,distribution , Morphology ,dissect and compare of genitalia,Fauna ect) from Inner Mongolia,China. In this paper, the author find 42 species, belonging to two tribes, 18 genera of Orthotylinae from Inner Mongolia . Among them , five new species(Anapus nigritus sp.nov., Scirtetellus alashanensis sp.nov., Orthotylus desertus sp.nov., Orthotylus concavus sp.nov., Orthotylus nonnaizabi sp. nov.), three Chinese newly recorded genera(Anapus St?l, 1858, Euryopicoris Reuter,1875, Scirtetellus Reuter,1890) and four Chinese newly recorded species(Blepharidopterus angulatus (Fallén,1807), Globiceps fulvicollis Jakovlev,1877, Mecomma dispar(Boheman,1852),Orthotylus nassatus Fabricius,1787) are described. Orthotylus turanicus of Inner Mongolia is misidentified before and revised is to be O.desertus sp.nov. The male's genitalia , phallus opening and arolia of 42 species are figured. Shapes of new species and Chinese newly recorded species are figured also. The faunistic analysis of Inner Mongolia Orthotylinae displayed that the Palaeartic species dominate among all species. The species only belonging to Palaeartic occupy 76.19 percent. In China, the most of Orthotylinae distribute in Northern-East, Northern-China and Mongolia -Xin Jiang regions. The species belonging to Mongolia -Xin Jiang (34) are the first. The common species of Northern-East, Northern-China (21,20) are second. They occupy separately 50.00, 47.62 percent. Orthocephalus funestus distributes in the most regions of China.
