In the paper, 59 species of Tingidae, belonging to 18 genera from Mongolia-Xinjiang Region of China were recorded. Among them, 1 new species Agramma nigrytarsus sp. nov., 5 Chinese new record species, Agramma atricapillum (Spinola,1837), Agramma turanicum (Horváth, 1905), Dictyla minuta Golub, 1976, Dictyla subdola (Horváth, 1905) and Tingis (s.str.) cardui (Linnaeus) were described and 2 species of original record were revised. The classified position of Galeatus affinis (Herrich-Schaefer, 1835) was discussed and considered as a good species. The faunistic analysis of Tingidae from Mongolia-Xinjiang Region displayed that the Palaeartic species occupy 77.97%. The species only belonging to Mongolia-Xinjiang Region is dominant, which occupy 64.41%. Distribution, morphology, dissect and compare of genitalia of some species of Tingidae were provided.
