Grassland animal husbandry refers to the natural grassland for grazing land to grassland vegetation as the main feed source for animal husbandry. Grassland animal husbandry accounted for the important station in animal husbandry and whole national economy and is the main part in our countries animal husbandry. Grassland animal husbandry production is a biology reproduction that carried out under natural conditions, with the exception of a certain level of social-economic and productivity impact, but also impact by the natural conditions, in particular climate conditions. Climate factors have most connection with the grassland animal husbandry, so we know the changes in climate factors and the relationship between climate and grassland animal husbandry production have an important role to the development of grassland animal husbandry. This thesis gets the following conclusions:(1)Nearly 47years climate factors change: from the 60's to now, the temperature has a step-by-step jump increasing. Annual temperature and four season temperature showed the increasing trend, and one of the most obvious warming seasons is the winter season. From the 60's start, the precipitation has been reduced. The spring, fall and winter precipitation had been an upward trend. The annual and summer precipitation trends are reducing. Evaporation and relative humidity were reduced to decreased, but the change is not very obvious. The accumulated temperature has increase, the number of days of accumulated temperature also increased. The number of days of strong winds has been an upward trend and the dryness also on the rise.(2)The situation of grassland animal husbandry: the number of total livestock has been decreased between 1990~2007 years in the study area. The number of total livestock has less change in the 1990~1999 years, but the horse and sheep have reduced. The number of total livestock have reduced in 2000~2007 years, which the number of large reducing quantity of livestock are sheep and goats.(3)The relationship of livestock number in animal husbandry production and between man-made factors and climatic factors analyzed. In man-made factors, the total population and number of livestock load are positive, the grass area load is negative, indicating that these factors have the impact to animal husbandry production. The human factors are greater than the impact of climatic factors. The impact factors in the animal husbandry production are multi-faceted and comprehensive, the climatic factors and human factors in the grassland animal husbandry production are two important driving forces and combined effect.(4)In the correlation analysis between livestock and climatic factors, the greatest correlation is precipitation, followed by the number of days of strong winds and dryness; the smallest correlation is temperature. Not only the annual total precipitation change, and the month and seasonal precipitation variability and changes affect the grassland animal husbandry production. The precipitation impact the food of animal–grass, constraint animal husbandry production. The pasture and livestock have high negative correlation, indicating that grassland pasture is an important part of livestock production. Other climatic factors have impact the grassland animal husbandry production in the same degree.
