With the development of higher vocational education and enrollment expansion, uneven quality of vocational students, a large gap between high and low points, differences in their level of knowledge, particularly in the performance. In recent years, from the mathematics curriculum assessment results, the majority of the class results were normal, and as a "multi-peak distribution." Teaching model that has been the status quo can not adapt to the current teaching. In order to do a good job from the "elite education" to "public education" transformation, so that different levels of students can develop abilities to achieve the goal of quality education, effective teaching is the implementation of hierarchical teaching methods.This article draws on the tradition of success at different levels of teaching experience, with modern educational theory as a guide, put forward in my teaching of school mathematics teaching stratified, and in my school with the two professional classes were compared in experimental research. Achieved through experiments the effect of a specific amount of teaching experience and with less than derived. Summed up the widely promoted in the school teaching of the hierarchical model, including how students stratification, how stratified calibration, how to prepare lessons stratification, how layered medium, how to exercise hierarchical, how layered evaluation of counseling and how such hierarchical . To reform the teaching of other disciplines to provide a reference and reference.Their experimental results show that: the adoption of tiered teaching, effective control of the polarization; stimulate students interest in learning, enhance the confidence of students to learn mathematics; to any level of the students are learning self-efficacy, the internal factors of the real with enthusiasm; large area to improve the quality of mathematics education, and promote the effective implementation of quality education.
