The Design And Research On Information System Of Planning And Management In Beijing's Countryside Based On WEBGIS

With the development of Chinese economy,the construction and planning work of countryside become more and more important.The Central Committee of CCP clearly emphasizes on the importance of construction socialism new countryside.According to the work actuality of Beijing's countryside planning,To realize effective management on planning of Beijing's Countryside,This paper discusses founding a web geographic information system(WEBGIS) in planning and management of Beijing's countryside based on correlative technology such as WebGIS,J2EE,ArcIMS and multidimensional database.The system realizes conformity and share of the data resource from correlative department,provides an effective sustainment for the work of the correlative leaders and departments and a convenient way for common people to know the correlative information.The main body of the fulltext is allotted six Parts together:The first chapter is introductions.This Part studies the research background,the present situation and literature review,analysises the Significance of the new countryside construction.The second chapter researches the related technologies and construction method of WEBGIS.The third,studies from serval aspects,such as overall design,structure design and technical route for the system's construction.The fourth displays the main contents and achievements simply.Partâ…´,mainly discusses and reserches the key technologies of the system.Finally,Summarizes for all the items:construction contents,technologies,and also including deficiencies and prospects.Conclusively,the article researches the present situation and the technologies related to WEBGIS try to integrate them into specific system construction.This item is an attempt and an innovation;it has made a good effect.But,as for short of time and others reasons,all the viewpoints and conclusions in the article are need to study futher.
