With the enhancement of the trend of economic globalization and the development and matures of the third party logistics industry, competition among the third party logistics enterprises is becoming increasingly intense. Base on the reason above, on the basis of explaining the relative theory of enterprises core competence at first, this thesis have carried on the theoretical research to enterprises core competence of the third party logistics, and refine the influence factors the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises . This thesis puts forward the methods and steps for foster the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises.(1)This paper Constructs a set of better third-party logistics enterprise's core competitiveness evaluation index system. The system is composed of the four-level and of 56 indicators. Mainly by the target layer, the main criteria layer, the layer criteria and indicators layer, Which targets one of four main criteria, criteria for 14 points and 56 indicators and 16 indicators of logistics, accounting for 28 percent of the total number of indicators, highlighting the characteristics of logistics enterprises.(2)This paper establishes a third-party logistics enterprise's core competitiveness of the system of evaluation methods. Including the standardization of indicators, and determine the weight calculation model. On the one hand, this paper used in calculation of AHP weight. On the other hand, the enterprise's core competitiveness of the evaluation is ambiguous, so the judgement of the core competitiveness of the strong or weak, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation more appropriate. As a result, the level used in this analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the method of combining to create a model of evaluation..(3)By the empirical research ,This paper have proposed the cultivation countermeasure of enterprises core competence of the third party logistics. Through the third-party logistics enterprises in qualitative and quantitative research, we believe that third-party logistics enterprises from the six areas cultivate core competitiveness: improving the management of logistics enterprises innovation capability, strengthen the ability of technological innovation; intensify efforts to create a brand; Quality of corporate culture ; Core logistics personnel training, establishing learning professionals.
