Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve is located in Changhua Town,Lin'an City,Zhejiang Province. The geographic coordinates is at the east longitude within 118 ° 52 '~ 119 ° 12'E and north latitude within 30 ° 04 '~ 30 ° 31'N.The main peak of the Qingliangfeng mount is 1787.4 meters above sea level. It includes three large regions which are Longtangshan;Qianqingtang and Shunxiwu.Although the various researches about Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve are extremely rich, there are only few reports about bryophyte. The study of bryophytes in the region can provid new data and scientific basis for bryophyte diversity, protection and future study in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve and Zhejiang Province. In order to study the species, habitat and ecology of bryophytes in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve.1510 specimens were collected there respectively in November 2013 and April 2014.The collection site covered all three main regions. The methods of traditional classification, coefficient of similarity, quantitative classification and ordination analysis, and so on were applied to study the geographical flora and communities of bryophytes in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve. The main results are as follows:1.Species biodiversity of bryophytes in QingliangfengFor the first time, the list of bryophytes in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve,Zhejiang Province were reported. There were 337 species(including three variants)belonging to 143 genera and 62 families.Among them,49 species and 29 genera belonging to 20 families are liverworts,288 species and 114 genera belonging to 42 families are mosses.31 newly recorded species of mosses were reported in of Zhejiang province that belonging to 23 genera and 16 families. Two of them are new genera of Zhejiang province: Trichodon Schimp.and Zygodon Hook.& Taylor. The characteristics of dominant families and genera in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve were also discussed.2.Floristic analysis of bryophytes in Qingliangfeng National Nature ReserveThe bryophytes in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve are complex and diverse. The geographical elements of bryophytes from Qingliangfeng can be divided into 8 types. The floristic types of bryophytes in the reserve showed that East Asia element is dominant,up to 41.84% of the total species and followed by temperate element with 28.57% of the total species.Tropical emlement was the third with 20.74% of all.The floristic components showed temperate zone characteristics as a whole. There are 123 species up to 41.84% of the total species of East Asia element that accounted for an important position. There are 35 species up to 11.90% of the total species of Sino-Japan element. It reflected an obvious East Asian element of flora in the Zhejiang Province. At the same time,it also reflects the close relationship between China and Japan on the origin of bryophytes. The high tropical proportion indicated that the subtropical geographical location of the protected area was distinct. The results of comparison of mosses in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve with other 8 areas in China showed that the mosses flora on Qingliangfeng is more closely related to Tianmu Mountain;Dapan Mountain;Jinhua Mountain and Fengyang Mountain which are in Zhejiang province. It's obvious different from Emei Mount in Sichuan Province;Foping Mount in Shanxi Province and Huang Mount in Anhui Province. And it's more different from Leigong Mount in Guizhou Province. The degree of similarity might be closely related to the geographical environment, vegetation type and climate type of different areas.3.Ecological distribution types of bryophytes in Qingliangfeng National Nature ReserveAnalysis of bryophyte mommunities in different altitudes based on ecological investigation indicated that the ecological distribution types of bryophytes are complicated and the most common type is on rock(47.09% of the total samples),soil on rock(27.68% of the total samples)and soil type(12.85% of the total samples)is the third. Therefore, establishing nature reserve plays an important role in researching and for conservation of bryophytes in Zhejiang Province.
