To explore the different concentrations of NaHCO3 stress,Salix matsudana,populus Ulmus pumila,Iris lacteaPall.Var chinensis koidz 4 plant physiological and ecological indicators of changes and to 1-year-old seedlings were studied by different concentrations of NaHCO3 solution(the concentration of CK,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%) dealt with analysis of variance in the use of mathematical methods,such as analysis of data based on the comparison of the seedlings in the under salt stress response mechanism of photosynthetic physiology and a number of indicators of measurement and analysis,key findings are as follows:1,According to the results of the external morphology,the capacity of four kinds of salt-tolerant plants sort:irisquinone>pumila>poplar>Salix.2,In the salt concentration,the stress period of four species of membrane permeability showed an upward trend,including changes in the trend of flat pumila,Salix the membrane permeability increased substantially.Each species changes in MDA content and membrane permeability trends are basically the same.The four kinds of plants have shown during the POD content "up - down - or" trend;time with continued stress,the SOD activity of Salix concentrations were in the slow upward trend;pumila was "up - down" trend.Salix in the salt concentration,the protein content of the period of the upward trend;irisquinone was in the process of coercion "up - down - or" trend;3,Photosynthetic system under salt stress the difference between changes in species no significant differences between in the deal is extremely significant.Pumila Populus and the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,there was a significant positive correlation between.Four kinds of plants from the changes of photosynthetic characteristics,we can see:salt stress,the four plants are subject to inhibition of photosynthesis, photosynthetic capacity decreased;which irisquinone smaller impact,showing a strong salt-tolerance, followed by for Ulmus pumila,Salix,Populus affected photosynthesis than obvious that the salt tolerance of relatively weak.4,Irisquinone stress on Na+,K+ trans-shipment capacity index(ST) have a great impact. NaHCO3 concentration when less than 2‰when,ST with the stress increases with increasing concentration;when the NaHCO3 concentration greater than 2‰when,ST noticeable downward trend;when the NaHCO3 concentration of greater than 4‰,the slow downward trend,tend to smooth.ST value of 0.65 in control,stress is less than the ST value,the growth in the normal state,the K+ irisquinone transit capacity is not very high,but the environment in the Na+ when Na+ content of plants would be a clear increase,ST value with the increase. NaHCO3 concentration shows excessive,can cause the metabolic disorder irisquinone,thereby reducing its K+ transport,salt tolerance is irisquinone resist salt.
